The product is delivered unmounted. It's advertised as a triple photo frame and now I have to buy a matte film for it or send it back and wait. The frame is torn. I can tell from the packaging that it was sent to someone else, returned and then shipped to me. I was so upset at the lack of a rug that I didn't even notice the chip until I decided to just buy a rug. I'm not very disappointed.

Great frame for my 16x9 map of the Botanical Gardens at City Park in New Orleans. I picked up the card a few years ago when my husband and I stayed there again. We first went there in 1973 when we were 15 years old, so it's a very special place for me. This frame was an inexpensive yet beautiful way to put this precious memory on the wall. This is a medium gold tone, real glass, good quality. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate simplicity and quality. I've gotten so many "gifts" from frames from people who pay high prices for faux wood, the hallmark of a quality frame is a strong, well-beveled wood frame, everything else is replaceable and repairable. I can color the frame if I want to change my style. It's beautiful and simple, it goes well with any decor. I think I will buy five more as gifts for my father and mother.
