I really wanted to give this item a great rating because I love what the company does with charities BUT the scale is so inaccurate it's insane. I put it on a flat floor, not a tiled floor, and it gives me wrong readings all the time. For example, this morning I weighed 157.8 pounds, 6 hours later I weighed 159.6. Unfortunately, I know for sure that I weigh around 170. I would return it but not worth it considering how much I paid. ☹️

Although I was initially happy with this scale, I noticed that it no longer displayed accurate weights. When someone trips over it, it often weighs you several pounds more than your exact weight. When you turn it back on, the weight will show 6-7 pounds LESS than your actual weight. Since then, this pattern has repeated itself. I tried replacing the battery but that didn't work. With this problem I would refrain from buying a GreaterGoods floor scale unless you want to be disappointed too!

My scale is not working. I bought it two days ago. Everything was fine and I put it on the bathroom floor. I stepped on it today and it didn't register anything. I had to press a button to reset it. When I first bought the scale, it read my weight accurately. Then after 2 weeks he started acting up and giving me a different weight.
