Excellent Abrasive Media for Power Tools

I recently purchased a highly recommended abrasion media for my power tool from the Power & Hand Tools category of Tools and Home Improvement. As my tests showed, the Ground Walnut Shell Media 18 40 is an excellent product when processing metal, wood, and plastic surfaces. The media has perfectly polished every surface without creating any hairline cracks or leaving any scratches. The only downside is that this media tends to create dust, so it requires caution while working. Nevertheless, I…

Pros
  • Natural and biodegradable abrasive material for various surface preparation applications.
Cons
  • Harsh on delicate surfaces and may cause unintended scratches or damage.

Worked well on an aluminum boat

Worked well cleaning an aluminum boat for repairs. Wasn't too aggressive on metal. Our dirt and oxidation was so bad we could have used something more aggressive.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Modern

Did a good job on our walls

The interior of our house is mostly yellow pine and it's starting to get dark. We "sanded down" a few walls with it and it worked great. The wall has regained its original color and is ready for a layer of polyurethane.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • There's nothing here
