Definitely helps protect the oven and makes cleaning easier, which is important with my 80-100 work week schedule. Every minute is precious to me. The only downside is the price. I find it's a bit pricey for a couple of foil covers, especially since I've bought the same product at a dollar store for $1 in the past. Unfortunately, dollar stores don't always offer the same products when you return.

This is a good alternative to my chrome pans that I don't want to destroy after a long roast. After looking for gas pans for several months and hearing from various vendors that I have an "old" gas range for which pans are no longer made, I was very happy to have found these disposable pans. They are great for emergencies or heavy cooking and are easy to clean as they can be thrown away.

I have an excellent Pro series gas stove; I'm a serious home cook and want, can't, cook with electricity. Getting the bibs to match my stove was the culinary Holy Grail though, let me tell you. It turns out it's hard to find 8 inch round gas cookers so imagine my delight when I saw them at Revain!
