A good $185 machine comes with an extra cutting disc. Used it for about two hours and figured it out well. So far I've only used this on August 12 with soft braid and it works pretty well. I have to keep the wire straight so it stays on the blade but works great. I'm curious how a smaller wire would work. But August 12th and up should work just fine. The wire stripper works right out of the box. I think all I did was move the plate with the holes in it to use the small hole and adjust the blade. After pulling maybe 80 pounds of #12 and #10 wire through, here are my observations: There was a squeak in the gears that looked like there was no grease present.
