love this wax and the company too! I've been using professional waxes for decades and to be honest I find this wax much better than the GiGi hard wax. It tears off much easier and holds my hair better. It also serves to clean the floor if I accidentally make a mess lol

It says not to go above 107.6F but when I tried picking up the wax with an applicator/wooden stick the wax was too hard. I had to get the temp up to 241 (257 is the max) and then the wax became more consistent. However, the wax removed my hair so it worked fine.

These wax beans melt easily and smell nice but wax does not remove ALL hair. I warm mine up before applying, as hot as my skin can take and it still has hair on it. However, it is easy to remove and does not cause pain. I had about the same skin irritation as using hot wax in a microwave or using an electric epilator. A hair follicle was bleeding, which didn't surprise me as my skin bleeds just by looking at it. It does not hurt. There is no actual skin damage or rashes.

The first time I bought a big bag of beads it was worth it! There's no smell in the bag, but once you melt it, it smells faintly of lavender! And it's very relaxing, I feel my feet are softer after using it.

Exactly what I needed! Wax is suitable for both coarse and fine hair. Now I save so much money that I don't have to go to a waxing salon.

I have double root Asian hair and this wax works. I like that I don't have to use strips of fabric. It melts well and while not painless, it makes waxing a lot easier. Very good wax, no worse than salon.

Great for removing leg hair. The balls melt quite quickly and can be removed painlessly after application. Makes my legs super smooth and soft. It comes with applicators which are very handy. Large bag of wax beads. Highly recommended

I didn't really like these wax balls. It says it's more sensitive skin and "painless waxing" but I haven't experienced that every time I've used it. This is just MY personal experience so others may differ but when I used these beads with my wax machine they gave off a bad smell, I know wax isn't supposed to smell great but this was the strongest wax I've ever had . ever use. I liked the smell of the wax but couldn't get it to remove all of my leg hair. I checked twice that I was following the package directions and it still didn't work like other waxes.
