I love the USB-C port! It charges my 2018 MacBook Pro 13 AND basically acts as a docking station as the monitor's USB-A ports are connected via a single USB-C cable THAT ALSO CHARGES! (I know I said it twice.)

It takes a bit of digging into the mystical world of monitor specs, but any prospective buyer should know that this monitor is not 4K, but a notch lower in resolution. It's ok because I don't need true 4K for everyday and business use. And the USB-C and A/B ports are really good, so connectivity is really the highlight of this monitor. But it will be very hot. I didn't expect the LED monitor to consume energy. And just 18 months after purchase, the "white bleeding" in all four corners is so bad

I have a monitor that outperforms my Mac mini. By the way, this is not a glossy monitor. That's why I got it. I'm not a gamer so don't ask about the performance. Videos (movies, etc.) look fine.

Great color and shades of grey. The only problem is that it doesn't wake up properly when my Mac mini goes to sleep. Poor contrast ratio.

I have no idea what's going on, but it seems like the screen suddenly goes black every 5-10 seconds while using the monitor with my Mac Mini. I'll be asking HP for help so I'll update this review after seeing how they respond. This is very frustrating. Also, it was good at the beginning. However, this screen problem is very unacceptable.

I bought one monitor from Revain and another directly from the manufacturer. The monitor from HP is clearly brighter and sharper to see. I believe Revain is selling either defective or counterfeit versions of this monitor. Don't fall for the tricks like me, shop elsewhere.

I chose this monitor for its simple looks and HP's solid reputation (as I couldn't find any reviews online) and it exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent, really impressive. Only two parts, easy to assemble (and disassemble). I've never bought a 4K monitor, so I have no reason to compare images, but I have no complaints either. Keep in mind that it doesn't have built-in speakers, but if you don't mind that, you'll love it.

HP will not honor the warranty on its products unless purchased from an authorized reseller that does not appear to be Big Box LLC. The problem I'm having is that the monitor makes a buzzing noise when plugged in but turned off. A quick Google search shows this is a known issue. I paid over 500 for this monitor and recently saw it cost over 600. Very disappointed in HP, terrible experience and response to a brand new device warranty claim. will not stand for their products and will not buy them
