false advertising; The product shown in the photo and in the description was not sent to us.

The packaging was suspicious and once loaded into the machine it printed about 100 copies and then stopped. The printer does not recognize the cartridge, indicating that it is not a genuine HP cartridge as advertised. What a rip off. False advertising. Revain should not allow such persons to use their system. Buyer Warning.

Old product shipped

Available Although the box was ordered as new and original from HP, the box was crumpled with lots of tape and dated 2011 as if it had been returned by another customer somewhere in the distant past. past. It was even an old product model. Very beautiful.

I keep a stock of each color of toner in stock.

I always keep a supply of each color of toner in stock because we sometimes have random emergency products that arrive in production over the weekend. Bought this cartridge 8 months ago. I went to replace it yesterday and it broke. Magenta toner everywhere. I had to call a mechanic to fix the car. Apparently these nearly $400 cartridges are non-refundable even if they are defective. I would never buy this from Revain again. I don't have time to look up the return policy, but it's not clearly…

Nothing beats the C9733A

This toner cartridge from Hewlett Packard exceeded all expectations! This consumable delicacy of jet black plastic, lovingly handcrafted by machines and robots in Malaysia, produced oil-on-canvas-like prints in a color that could only be described as not red, not pink. "VIOLET". my purchase, i was surrounded by beautiful women, sailed yachts, ate the best caviar, and i am rich beyond my wildest dreams!

False Advertising in Printer Ink and Toner

This is a sophisticated decoy and hint. The actual toner cartridge you receive is NOT HP, it is a remanufactured unit, making it MUCH cheaper as remanufactured units typically print less than half the pages. The box is an Innovera brand and NOT the HP box shown in the product listing. What you send MUST be what you described, which is NOT the case.
