🖨 HP 42X High Yield Toner Cartridge - Black (Q5942X) Review

I bought this cartridge thinking it was a genuine HP toner cartridge because the picture shows an HP toner cartridge box which is misleading. As it turns out, this is not a genuine HP product, just a "compatible" HP toner. I never buy compatible toner products. Haven't used this product yet but I can only hope it doesn't ruin my printer like some compatible toners do. I will not buy from this seller again.

I have used HP in my printer for many years, but this time something is wrong with the cartridge. He contaminated the paper and made it unusable. There's never been anything wrong with it, but the great thing about Revain is that getting it back was easy. Bought from my local dealer and good.

Everything about this cartridge turned out to be original, even the box in which we received it. When we went to install the cartridge, the toner was scattered everywhere. No matter how you twisted it to try to keep the toner from leaking, it came out somewhere else. Obviously renovated and of poor quality.

This super capacity is suitable for workhorse class printers. With one of them later paper boxes, and it still works. No problems with installation and operation. Conventional cartridges are used much more often than expected. That should be enough for many more years of quality work.

Although it came in the original HP box, it was not of good quality. While I typically get around 15,000 pages from a cartridge, I get less than 2,000 pages from this one. Hey, but I'm only paying $200 for this, not $300 for a real HP cartridge. NOT a good deal. Buy one from a real store.

These toners were a waste. Hardly anything was legible on the printouts because they were simply smeared with toner. Both toners were bad and I was able to get a refund on at least one of them. The original HP cartridge works great in the car so I know it's the cartridge that is causing the problem and I've tried it on two different HP printers. I've never had a problem with regular toner, but I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY these.
