I bought this laptop a few weeks ago (with warranty). So far, so good. College hasn't started yet, so I don't know how well the classes will work. I like that it's small and compact, I didn't want to take a big laptop to work every day. But unfortunately there is absolutely no storage space. The supposedly available disk space is actually almost entirely consumed by what's already on the computer, not to mention the updates that follow shortly after. Even when I use an external USB drive, it tells me it's full every day. Don't have too many tabs open or it will slow down completely and tell you it can't open another page.

When I received the laptop it was in S mode. I switched it to Windows 10 and the computer started running very slowly after that. The command took 60 seconds to respond, so I started the return. Then I decided to uninstall and then reinstall Windows and now the computer works great! I do business with it so I've opened multiple tabs in a single load of multiple programs and so far it's been responsive and responsive to my business needs 👍 *** Update this review. This device is light and well built, the internet connection seems a bit weak. From time to time Wi-Fi will reset and show Wi-Fi is unavailable even though it is working properly. Without this question I would give him a five.

Out of the 3 I have, one takes a while to turn on from time to time. Otherwise, the other 2 work without problems. I will keep watching.

The videos say you can disable S mode, but even then half the settings still don't work. The low price of a computer has a reason. Saved money to get rid of this dog. I was advised to increase the storage but this thing barely recognizes the SD card and doesn't work with an external hard drive. Keeps telling me there isn't enough memory even with a 1T external drive (can't get it to send data to the drive, have to do it manually).

This computer doesn't even have enough memory to run the operating system. Worked for less than a year before running out of memory, encountering problems and eventually crashing. I wanted to see if it could be repaired and the computer store said that due to the way they are made you basically can't repair them. Do not buy this computer.

I have two of these for my 7 and 8 year old boys to home school. One works great and I was able to download their tutorial apps with no problem. Another ran out of disk space for some reason after downloading Hooked on Phonics from the Microsoft App Store. :/ disappointed as there is nothing to delete on the computer as I only downloaded a file less than 1GB in size.

So far, so good. It was brand new in packaging. Arrived quickly. I've only used it twice since it arrived. But it worked as it should.

So far (I've only had it a week) this HP computer has met all my expectations. I particularly like the quality of the speaker for watching movies and Youtube videos. It connects to the internet very quickly, the screen quality is optimal. The camera works well (tested on zoom), the keyboard feels comfortable. Good calculator!

My grandkids love their laptops. During COVID they study at home and had to borrow a school laptop. .they are now unequipped

Although it doesn't have a "hard" access port, overall I'm very happy with this computer, compact and very fast, responsive to my fiber optic internet, no pauses, just a nice smooth utility in everything, worth the cheap price :)

Gave this to my daughter, added to a 128GB SD card, she doesn't have enough storage, and the S mode makes it run so weird and slow, after updates, removing the S mode and SD card, it's working now smoother, daughter is exploring the internet, using Netflix and/or YouTube and also playing Roblox, no problem.

I like my laptop very much. I went from a 15" Samsung Chrome to an 11". It's easy and amazing. I use it for grad school and my budget.

Connected to WiFi with no problems, my TV is connected to the HDMI port which was the reason for the purchase. The warranty expired 3 months ago. Well, the price was ok. It has 32 GB of storage, of which around 30 GB is used by the operating system and pre-installed programs. I could not update the operating system to the current version. I remember when 32G was a good approximation of infinity.
