I'm a Mac user. I'm a Mac user because I hate fixing computers. I hate "installation wizards" and I hate viruses. I bought this HP Stream because I needed a Windows 10 computer to program the Anytone 878UV Plus (ham radio). This thing is excellent value for money. Small, light, works great. I installed a few other programs on it and they work great. I don't use it to run anything heavy so keep that in mind. Not the fastest, but perfect for my needs.

This computer takes forever to do everything. From browsing the web to using apps, this PC is slow. Great size and price!!

I bought it because we needed a new one and it already had Microsoft 365. I need a new laptop for my son for distance learning and it fits my budget and works great.

I previously wrote a review saying the ad was inaccurate and that the Office 360 offer was only for one month, not the year advertised. Not sure what first came to mind was that 1 month is free and then you have to pay a monthly fee, but apparently it wasn't office. So I've edited my previous comments on a good little computer at a reasonable price.

I don't know how to contact the company. I'm told he has more memory than he actually has. I like its size and weight. I could not load my printer. There is nothing in it. It's really for the student. Not for business.

Great little computer, but the memory sucks. I can't install almost anything on this computer. An external hard drive is an absolute must for documents, videos or the like. Apps are almost out of the question. Just installing my printer took up a lot of disk space.

A year after purchase there are so many updates that I can hardly pack anything extra on this computer. Even an HP printer. Factory reset doesn't help either. It has so many useless things I can't remove (like Microsoft Edge) that nothing else fits. It's MUCH smaller than I'm used to. But it was super easy. I didn't like that I had to exit "S" mode for Google features to work properly. The screen quality wasn't as sharp as I expected either. Not recommended for people with visual problems. But I really liked the size of the keyboard, it was really functional.
