I wanted a bigger screen to teach online courses with screen sharing and see all my students in a grid view. . . but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for a really big screen. It was a great compromise. I can see anything I want with great color and clarity without cluttering up my desk. Excellent value for money and quality.

As warned in other comments, this does NOT come with a VGA cable despite the description. That's my review. Only HDMI cable included.

I'm not a gamer, I'm a WAHer, but I love HP products and the monitor meets my needs as a second display for work. Limited screen size options.

I bought this screen for my CCTV and it's the first day and it seems good. The sole purpose is to have a camera system view. Has vibrant colors compared to what I had. For the price I would say it does the job.

It's a nice little monitor, but there are buttons on the back (and also the power button) but doesn't say anything about what they are or what they do.

I wanted an extra monitor and decided to buy two and not use my laptop screen while working away from the office to replicate my office settings. I'm not a super engineer so it takes me a little thinking to figure out how to connect two lines to my docking station. And I asked our IT team. I needed an extra cable. Reading and preparing helped as descriptions are sometimes written for more accomplished people than me.

We bought it for our daughter who was having a hard time completing schoolwork on a Chromebook. This allowed her to move the windows to a different monitor. Pretty affordable and works well.

There is nothing wrong with this monitor! Yes, it's an older model, but it only got good marks from all the sources I checked before buying it. I left IT for a hospital and when my second of my two monitors died I was looking for the best value for money. The HP 20kd 19.5-inch IPS Monitor can do it all. It has seven display modes including a "custom" mode and as you can see from the picture (in text mode) it's really readable. I'm thinking of replacing the AOC with another HP 20kd.

game changer! I was able to connect to my laptop with no problems. The presence of 2 screens greatly simplifies work, reduces the amount of printing and saves a lot of time. The picture quality is excellent! Can't say anything bad about this investment!

This is a good monitor for home use. The image quality is okay considering the reasonable price. Too bad the power button wasn't facing forward and it would have been great if it had a camera. But overall I can recommend this monitor.

Bought as a second monitor for home work. Easy to assemble. But the picture quality isn't very good - images appear grainy and pixelated. I tried adjusting the picture settings but to no avail. Also, the supplied HDMI and power cables are fairly short, requiring you to be fairly close to an outlet.

Monitors are pretty basic. Not much has changed since the move to full-color monitors. This is junk. I bought it for a backup computer at work. We recently added a table to our office and put it into service (kept indoors, temp controlled in original packaging for 5 months). It's good for email, spreadsheets, and more general PC use. I liked the size to fit the largest monitor for my space. Colors aren't as good as my HP 22CWA monitors hence 4 stars.

Works great, nice black color, very thin. My only issue is that I've wanted it to be more downward tipped since I've got it on top.
