Worked great for about 3 weeks then stopped absorbing moisture and started smelling strange

Everything was great at first about 3 weeks. Then it stopped working - we found we didn't have to fill the tanks anymore and it smelled weird. We have humidifiers in the water and the filter is still clogged. Now I order a Holmes brand filter and it's only $2 more. Hope it lasts and doesn't stink.

Needs to simplify installation

How difficult it is to install. The manufacturer needs to revise the design to make installation easier so that the filter does not deform during installation.

Waste of money, useless

The moment this thing got wet it lost all its shape and collapsed in a heap leaving puddles of water on my hardwood floor. What an incredible waste of money. Such useless products should not be sold.

Works but a bit small

I have a Kenmore with two tanks in the back (see photo) Buying filters for it sucks every year. The filter has arrived and visually it doesn't look as advertised, but it has the metal supports that are needed. They taped the seam and the ones I've had in the past have velcro straps for girth adjustment. This one is blocked and too small for my device that needs this filter model. This makes installation difficult and I hope it stays in place. now it works. I'll try to update after a while. Ifโ€ฆ
