Not a bad alternative to an extra bed. Surprisingly comfortable and durable. Adjustable for those who suffer from back or joint pain and need a low pressure point mattress. We bought 2 of these about 4 months ago to replace our current air mattresses. Upon receipt we blew them up to make sure there were no defects and at first they seemed to be holding the air very well. After reading the instructions I realized that this bed needs to be fully inflated and then left alone for about 24 hours before it is loaded for the first time. So I inflated it, put a mattress pad and sheets on it, and didn't try laying on it until the second day. This is a very good air bed. Maybe I'm lucky, but the air stays good.
