almost all the #10 and #8 screws I just .

but I use 1/8 bit A LOT. Almost all #10 and #8 screws have a 1/8 bit as standard. so I also break a lot of 1/8 bits. This set doesn't really seem to break compared to the normal one, but I still have 8 extras when I drop the drill down the stairs again.

Irwin has always served me well. Why package 12? This is the most common size of pre-drill screw I use, but often I need to drill through metal and this is perfect for pre-drilling, ready for the next size drill bit. They replace all the cheap bits I've gotten over the years. I rarely come across boring beats. Also sold at local hardware stores and can be easily returned to the store for replacement.
