This belt is too wide

Yesterday I received one of the two belts. Typically, belts are made with a smaller, clipped front end that can easily slide in and out of belt loops. Not so with this belt. The end is the same width as the belt with the leather tongue folded over so very difficult to get it through the belt loops then good luck pulling it out. Seems durable. I'll probably follow other reviews and remove the leather tab. I ordered two of these because of the color choice. I also have an 8 inch hanging strap…

The double D clasp works well and stays put when you wear it during the day. I love how massive the rings look aesthetically, but they don't make the belt uncomfortable or unwieldy. The leather details give it an edgier look and allow this belt to be worn in some sort of formal wear if the colors work. this belt also withstands the load and does not sag.
