Watch your ears! Stop wearing headphones! The sound quality is impeccable and my colleagues say they can hear me crystal clear. Highly recommended.

Remote Worker - via Skype and Softphone

I wanted a headless speakerphone. This required some voice volume and background noise adjustments, but once adjusted it works well. Very happy with the purchase. I have a Jabra Pro headset which is great too.

Love this speaker - Speaker

As a full-time virtual worker (ie chained to a computer 8 hours a day), I spent a lot of time video conferencing. This speaker eliminates the need for cumbersome, uncomfortable headphones and the sound is exceptional. I have recommended this to several people I work with!

No "headset port for private calls "

I ordered, then asked for a replacement, then returned it just because the product I received didn't have a headset option. I was looking for this article for my work where I mostly use a headset and in cases where longer conference calls are going on how to use the speakerphone option. In both cases, although the product is advertised as having a headset, the product received does not have one. It broke the deal for me.

Good buy despite crackling/clicking noise, no 3.5mm jack

Always connected, battery powered, BT dependent devices. Good integration with Windows operating systems and applications. NO 3.5MM PLUG for headphone jack as stated in the description. While this would free up an additional USB port, it's not that important. Interrupted conference calls and other streaming audio have pops/pops/clicks in the audio output. You are imperceptible to others during a call, but this is a small distraction. if you have trouble concentrating or are easily distracted…
