Fits many *good* routers commonly sold in the US. It even fits my super cheap Ryobi R163, but the Ryobi needs to have a plastic base to fit. (Most routers will have to remove the base as it becomes the new base part.) Installation was a bit odd, but the instructions are detailed enough to be helpful. To be honest this is not surprising. If you take a fixed quantity and rotate it around a fixed point, it will move in a circle. This is science; Jasper didn't invent this. There are cheaper ways to draw and cut out circles and this guide is a bit pricey, but it works. You don't get infinite length adjustment like the alternative method, but honestly, if 3-3/16" is too short for you and 3-1/4" is too big, you're overestimating your design.
