Poor design and workmanship, poor value for money

The wood on the beveled side did not match allowing the diamond blade to move. It needs many modifications to be really functional, it would be better to spend more or if you can't spend more, don't waste your money here. Also, the nuts are designed to fit into a round hole for tightening, and soon they will come out and just spin.

Easy to use, efficient, inexpensive.

I bought this item to sharpen the blades on my master 4" joint, didn't want to buy new blades or spend a lot of money to sharpen them so this product worked perfectly, it did is easy to assemble AND easy to use, and is effective too. A Phillips screwdriver is all you need to install whetstones. Anyone having trouble can simply watch a YouTube video that explains how to install whetstones.

useful for quick touch ups

I got this instead of making one because it comes with two 1/4" diamond inserts. There are cheaper plastic ones that come with stones and I've had that Feel like diamond inlays are being made. Also, I prefer wood. I also bought a pack of 100 grizzly whetstones for less than $4. They're perfect for this holder. So now I have a quick and easy way to sharpen the edges of my woodworking tools and to improve gardening tools.I could make another holder for storage in the garden shed.Now this is no…
