A disappointment for keyboards, mice and accessories

I bought this keyboard after destroying my apple keyboard by spilling coffee on it. I was desperate for a keyboard and ended up in CompUSA bankruptcy. The keyboard drew me in with its wireless capabilities and Mac-compatible design. I've had batteries that drain quickly, a hub that doesn't light up to warn of low battery, missed keystrokes, keypress delays, buttons that disappear after only 2 months, an eject button that opens the CD trolley at the same time and closes , no response from…

  • Easy to use

Mac users are back from the hose! (Edit: Windows sucks too!)

I recently bought this keyboard for my Mac Mini and I'm not happy with it. The keyboard lags just enough to drive me crazy! For example, when capitalizing the first letter of a sentence, if my finger rests on the Shift key for too long, the next 5 characters I type appear after about half a second, and they're all capitalized. Likewise, the mouse takes 2 to 5 seconds to respond after exiting the home screen. The Mac software for this supposedly Mac compatible keyboard is worse. Some of the…

My fourth terrible product has an excellent warranty

The wireless range is very poor. The range is somewhat improved by "pointing" the receiver dome directly at the mouse, for example by attaching it to the underside of the display. Keyboard and/or mouse just fall off after a few months. We've had no driver issues in Panther and Tiger, volume controls and iTunes work fine if everything works at all. warranty services. The system comes with a five-year warranty. The number 800 makes you human pretty quickly. Tell them your problems, your serial…

Don `t save!

I bought this to use at home as an extra keyboard and mouse for my MacBook Pro. I have an Apple Bluetooth mouse and keyboard at work, they are awesome! For starters I had a lot of problems running the software, it might have been Intel issues but for some reason it took a while and multiple attempts to download it from the website. Kensington website to make it work. Then a few days later the mouse stopped working. So I started taking my apple bluetooth mouse home, it's ok, it's small enough to

Great computer accessories and peripherals

This was a keyboard and mouse replacement. It worked great and I have no complaints about the service I received. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

The keyboard is barely acceptable, the mouse is terrible.

I actually bought this product because I was trying to use credit at a Best Buy store and thought it would be nice to have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately I couldn't be more wrong. The keyboard is acceptable for daytime computer navigation and web browsing, but the frequency of missed keystrokes makes it unsuitable for typing long texts and coding becomes impossible. This is a little perspective, when I use a wired keyboard to code I have an error about every 30 lines, with this…

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • Brief instructions

The keyboard didn't work so I was expecting a refund.

The keyboard didn't work so I expected to return it and get a working one The seller didn't return my emails. Kensington said it won't meet the warranty because the keyboard is outdated, despite being purchased as a brand new sealed unit in the box.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Very good keyboard set for two years

My main review of this Kensington wireless keyboard and mouse set (K64382) purchased from Revain is of the newer model of this set (K64390) from Kensington free Supplied under their five year limited warranty program. In fact, this set worked well for two years, but then it started to falter. Kensington sent in a new set that worked great and fixed all of the problems (mainly a non-working button pair or intermittent and occasional range issues) of that previous set.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
