Works: Window

This unit is compact and lightweight. It effectively cools a 150 square foot office. Installation required some fiddling with various parts. The fan noise is moderate. Good value for money.

THE FAN SPEED BUTTON DOES NOT WORK ON THE REMOTE CONTROL. 6000 BTU model.

I have a 6000 BTU model, THE FAN SPEED BUTTON DOES NOT WORK ON THE REMOTE. Good thing the control panel is white; not yellow. The problem now is to pack up this backup and send it back. Not cool. There is no quality control. Waste of time, money and materials to install, assuming it works as advertised. defective units.

Upgrade from 2012 or 2013 version

It keeps my apartment nice and cool. Sometimes too cool when set at 70C. Do not complain. It will be great when the humidity rises. Another thing to look out for is smart plug compatibility. You can't use Alexa to set the temperature, but you can use Alexa to turn it on or off or set a routine for even more energy efficiency. Good and efficient at a good price. the last one I bought from Keystone didn't die. After 8 (8!) years it just got old and dirty. Actually, I wanted to freshen up.
