After seeing a demo of an artist using her dagger brush, I decided to buy a few to test them out. I enjoy them with different techniques. I was very impressed with this brand; I have a lot of natural and synthetic watercolor brushes. This dagger is a great addition to my collection.

The quality and design of the brushes are ok but the bristle/hair cut is totally wrong! Real dagger brushes are curved at the cut, they are rounded and end in a curved point at the tip of the brush. It's a sharp right angle, then almost straight at the top. Not at all what it should be! I recommend purchasing the "Kristy Rice" brushes new for Revain. It includes 2 dagger brushes in 2 sizes that are absolutely perfect!
