The product is usable, I expected a bit more.

Pros: The idea is interesting, but unfinished. The headband is too small for my body, it was uncomfortable to wear headphones. With its cons. For audiobooks only. You can't listen to music in them. The headband broke within a month.

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Not without flaws. . . But the sound was pleasantly surprised. I must say right away that I was surprised after editing with the help of a parametric equalizer, fortunately, it is in my 10-year-old player. Most people will like the sound even with stock presets. Would I recommend these ears to everyone? No. They are too individual. Not suitable for everyone! I took it out of curiosity. I expected much less from them. In the end, the purchase is very satisfied.

Pros
  • Sound. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of transparency, for inserts - something incredible. The frequency response is fairly flat. But in the stock equalizer presets, on different devices, there is a bit of a budget feel. But the headphones honestly win back their money, every penny. with the speed here, too, everything is fine, which again is unexpected for the liners. Experimented by listening to a few harsh tracks. Norm. They took it out due to good indicators of speed-transparency.
Cons
  • Koss always has something wrong. This time, an inconvenient design, or rather the angle of attack. You have to pull the bow as much as possible to the back of the head, only then does the sound appear. And I have the most ordinary auricles. . .

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Without an equalizer - the sound is even, balanced, especially the upper and middle ones. If there are not enough lows, I add an equalizer - the emitters do a good enough job, the distortion is minimal. There is also a pair of in-ear headphones (vacuum). When wearing, you have to constantly correct them - they slip out of the ear (especially when eating and exercising). These with a shackle - there is no need for extra movements. The edges of the earbuds facing the ear canals are quite sharp…

Pros
  • Pretty decent sound for the money. The presence of an arch.
Cons
  • Insufficiently comfortable shape of the earbuds - they press on the inside of the ear with sharp edges.

Good fit in the ears

Funny how other reviewers say they hurt. As I put them on, I thought these were the most comfortable in-ear headphones I've ever had. People have different shaped ears and these headphones are perfect for me. I had other headphones that really hurt. The headband is roomy enough for my medium sized head. I suspect someone with a big head might be in trouble. I like that the cord is longer than average. I think the only way to know if they fit your ears is to try them on.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Little things

ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL

There are two major flaws in these headphones: 1) I have a medium sized head and the headphones sit right over my ear holes on the maximum setting. Did Koss ever test them on humans before going into production? 2) When pulling the headband, the earbuds press into my ears so hard that I couldn't wear them for more than ten minutes before they became too strong. yes there are things You can modify these headphones to make them work. But why do we need to do that if Koss designed them correctly…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Empty

Unexpected favorite

I read reviews of these headphones before buying and I was afraid of their "tight fit" to the description I read so often. When I think of a tight fit, I think painful, which isn't painful. They are meant to be snuggly, especially if you wear them while doing something active (walking, cleaning the house, etc.). I run in them three times a week and they stay in my ears and on my head. I can't use headphones so this is a great cheap alternative as Sony stopped making my favorite headphones! I…

  • Satisfied so far

Adequate replacement for Sony MDR-W08L, but still not original.

Like most here, I'm looking for a decent replacement for the now legendary Sony MDR-W08L vertical in-ear headphones. They certainly have the right style and sit on the head very much like Sony, but they're still not Sony. Other than that, they come closest to anything I've tried so far. As others have said, they are definitely shrinking. I wear a 7 1/2 inch baseball cap and it's a bit uncomfortable in my ears. I hope they will stretch a little after wearing them for a long time. If only they…

Possibly the best running headphones on the market.

Like everyone else, I was looking for a replacement for my favorite Sony MDR-W08L that I could kick and screech to drag into the 21st century. The choice was to buy a "vintage" pair on Ebay for $100, a similar pair from a brand I had never heard of for $25, or this pair from Koss for $10. Frugality worked (which should be obvious given I've used the same pair of running headphones for the past 25 years). I've ridden them a few hundred miles in the last month and they're great. The sound quality

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • You could go for a newer model

Warm them up for a perfect fit

These are decent quality headphones but not for premium sound. I really like the side firing design and they are very light. When they arrive they are too tight for most heads and create an uncomfortable pressure in your ears. But there is a very simple solution. Simply heat the top plastic loop that goes over the head and hold it in a wider position until they cool. Presto. Now they're stretched forever and don't squeeze the insides of your ears. I think the best way is to boil water in a wide

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some complications

Worth buying.

I bought these headphones to replace my large Panasonic DJ headphones for the summer. Do I like my other headphones? Yes, definitely love. But in summer they are killer and wear glasses and now that I need masks I don't need them on my face anymore. I've used quite a few in-ear headphones and they all hurt almost immediately, regardless of size. I, like everyone else, had Sony versions 100 years ago, but unfortunately they are not more expensive and do not cost $200. For the price it's ok. I…

  • Big and chunky

Buy them and change the headband.

I bought these earphones to replace my Sony MDR-A44 (shiny silver sides) and MDR-A34 (short minidisc cable) crooked earphones. Both were basically the same as the MDR-W08. (I haven't tried Sonxtronics.) I find in-ear headphones ideal for extended wear at a desk in a shared office environment. They should have good sound, moderate sound isolation, low sound leakage (the Koss KSC75 is my top choice for headphones, but the audio bleeds too much for my office mates), they're easier to put on and…

Pros
  • Lightweight earphones
Cons
  • Expensive

It's a head and ear clamp

I currently have a Sony DR-BT22, MDR-A30 and MDR-W24. I've also owned countless Sony headphones and headphones from the good old days. Sony from the good old days sounded really great. I'm trying to find one as good as any from Sony. This Koss KPH14W is not the right one. The specification printed on the package is as follows. Plug 3.5mm. The cable is 4 feet long. 100-15,000 Hz. I think the best I can describe is that Sony sounds like an expensive 2.1 speaker system with clear sound and amazing

  • Non-Isolating Listen Through Sound for Awareness
