The price was very good and arrived quickly. I installed them myself. Realizing MY mistake, they were very easy to install. Suggestions if you're installing it yourself: - Remove the wheel from the side you want to replace - Much easier - Pay attention to the top washer - the one on top of the shock - in the wheel arch - I flipped mine first and took it off the long one time to find out. But I like how the car drives now.

I was in shock, didn't look like normal KYB shock absorbers, the exterior paintwork was very bad and dirty. Nowhere on the shocks was KYB's brand or country of origin indicated. The box had an uneven sticker that said KYB. They fit perfectly but the finish was so poor and not up to usual KYB standards that I doubt they just weren't outsourced. If the exterior finish is so bad that I have to question the interior durability, I wouldn't buy this product again.

I can't speak for all applications but when I installed them on my Buick Lesabre to replace the factory height dampers I was pleased that they worked with my factory air lines although I was concerned that they would it did. It will work. Although KYB advertises this shock as factory suspension, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they made the handling a little stiffer. They didn't! These shock absorbers are perfect for my 2004 Bonneville. A great deal from Revain, especially when compared to OEM shocks or even your local auto parts store. Installed with no problems. For the last 9 months I have had trouble replacing the Monroe MA822 shocks. Last week another Monroe muffler failed (this was the third time in just 9 months) and started rattling and leaking fluid. I have to wonder about negative reviews - whether they just have a defective shock absorber - or in the event of bumps - sounds like a loose top nut. The EXACY top bolt is the same size as the OE> - I reused the original top nut and washer. Same exact size. For those complaining about the length of the top bolt - look at your old shock - you need to take the top washer from the old shock and put the new one on.
