Great Taste, Great Value

While I prefer chocolate flavored Lean Body sachets, all flavors are pretty good and in general I found all other brands of meal replacements and protein powders to be lacking in flavor. It's got all the right ingredients with a great protein (40+ grams) to carb and fat ratio - and it's a quality company. I have a shake every morning for breakfast on the way to work - usually mixed with 10 ounces of water (I also add creatine and glutamine to the mix) (it mixes easily in a shaker). Despite the…

Meal replacement for on the go

I have been using Labrada products for many years and I have to say they have all been great. I love the fact that this meal replacement comes in packets. It is very convenient to take with you on the go, so you can take it with you when you need it. Ideal when you want to eat something quickly but don't have time to cook.
