BIGGER than expected but very sturdy!

This clip is way bigger than I thought! This is roughly the length of my iPhone 8+ for size contextualization. I thought because it is so big it would be difficult to open and close as I have small hands but that was ok. I can't comment on durability yet as I've only been using it for a week. I have to say I forgot my scrunchie and used this clip and it really kept my hair in place while running! Suitable for long thick hair, but not ideal.

I used to use the Goody Large Octopus but mine eventually broke and they must have replaced it online because the ones I ordered came back smaller. Great clip for thick hair, but not for medium/fine hair

I want to say straight away that I don't have thick hair. I have very long medium length hair. This headband is perfect for those with thick hair. It's solid, quite large (see photo. PS4 controller size) and durable. I assume this will keep the ant style: bun, updo, upside down bangs, etc. As for me, I don't have enough hair for this clip to work.
