i received 2 foam filters and 2 felts together with a hepa filter, one of the foam filters is discolored with yellow spots on one side of the filter instead of clean while the other .

Do not buy this if you have NV480. It says it's compatible, but as you can see the filter I received is noticeably larger than the original filter. The filter goes in, but I can't put the cap back on because the filter is about 3/4 inch higher than the correct one. I make a living cleaning my house and I can't turn up with missing parts in my vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately waste of money

I just ordered recently. I thought this would solve my suction problem. After replacing them my problem was still there, I actually found that I had clogged the bend in the vacuum cleaner handle which is also part of the suction extension. However, getting these fillers was a lot easier than trying to clean the old ones and waiting for them to dry. It also inspired me to clean the canister and other parts. would buy again
