Weak suction power with power tools

I give 1 star because of the lack of suction power. This is useless as the vacuum needs to be directly over the loose dust to pick it up. Even then, it doesn't do the job well

Pros
  • Convenient and easy to replace disposable dust bag with filter
Cons
  • So far so good

Battery costs destroy sales

Parts of the handle began to crack within a few weeks. Makita swapped the parts once, let's see how long they last. Batteries are as expensive as they get you.

Pros
  • Efficient two-stage HEPA filter captures 99.97% of fine dust particles. 3 microns or more extends main filter life
Cons
  • weak

Terrible suction for power tools

Unreal, for the price you definitely expect better suction. Man I can't even say that s** KS because Def doesn't. I just don't get it, I'm a bit frustrated, I need a cordless vacuum and I have loads of Makita batteries so made sense but no!. so disappointing, also can't justify the cost of the work.

Pros
  • Powerful BL brushless motor delivers 70cfm suction and 44 inches of water column
Cons
  • Annoying

Convenience comes at a (high) price

If you have hundreds of feet of baseboards, stairs, window sills, shelves, etc. this could be for you. In these applications it works perfectly for me. You can get the job done really quickly if you don't have to deal with a huge machine, huge hose and cord. On the other hand, it does not work on any carpeted floor. On hard floors, it's mediocre at best. sucking sucks There are three speeds, the slower two of which are useless. At high speed you will discharge two (very expensive) batteries in…

  • Cable is shorter than others
