MARATHON Digital Atomic Alarm Clock: Ideal Bedside, Desk, and Hotel Companion with Heat, Comfort Index and Backlight Review

I need a louder alarm clock than usual. This noise starts at a moderate level and gradually gets louder. The time is displayed for a very long time, the backlight is bright but not dazzling and goes out after about five seconds. Of course, being atomic clocks, they set the time automatically, which is convenient.

It's not often that you consult an 8-year-old (not that it isn't offered), but when our old clock died we decided that everything he wanted in a bedside clock worked for us. He's had it for a few months and now we're enjoying ours too (in a different colour). highlighted.

Perfect size, perfect color and seems to pick up the signal much faster than my previous watch. I was thinking of a fancier, multi-colored clock and weather combo, but this one suited my needs and was a lot more understated than some of the others. It's a good read size and works great. I am very impressed; This is definitely one for my needs and I would recommend it to anyone.

Love it, it's not as big as I thought it would be, but you always run into these problems when you order online. This watch is very easy to set up, easy to read and I love the added feature; Temperature, humidity, comfort zone. The alarm clock or buzzer is nice but loud enough to wake someone up. I would buy this again. First, it only works on batteries, no outlet.

This is an updated review. In my previous review (February 2018) I gave this watch 4 stars because I didn't think it was sensitive enough to pick up an atomic clock signal. After a little experimenting, I found the "golden mean" of my high-rise apartment. The watch picked up the signal at night and does it every night. To be honest I'm now giving this watch the five stars I think it deserves. Other buyers may have different expectations, but for me the watch works the way I want it to.

Very accurate as it should be, like an atomic clock. Setting the alarm clock is very cumbersome. The same goes for turning the alarm on/off. The alarm will be permanently deactivated if you snooze it, as opposed to a normal alarm where the alarm will return after say 5 minutes of snooze time. This is very inconvenient when you want to sleep a few more minutes after the alarm snoozes. You could easily spend the night! Another small problem is that the alarm sound is not loud.
