This antenna adapter worked exactly as it should. General Motors has an odd antenna plug size, so you'll need this adapter to install an aftermarket radio. It is very easy to install as it just plugs into both the new head unit and the factory antenna. This kit works perfectly. But there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this, and a second blue wire is connected to the connector with no indication of what it does or where to connect it. On my 2012 Honda Ridgeline this blue wire MUST be connected to the connector. Remote out line from your main unit (a wire that remotely turns on external amplifiers or controls power antennas).
