NB1 Bose Compatible

Miata owners rejoice. If you have an NB1 with Bose, it can be connected to a factory amp! You just need to connect your power antenna cable from HU side. I was very surprised to find this as all the forum posts said it needed to be added or connected.

  • Handy Item

93 Miata no Power - Radio Harnesses

It's been 3 days and 93 Miata NA no luck when I reconnected the old factory stereo everything is fine but JVC Single Deck has no power, tried on different places to ground. and connect the yellow battery wire together and separately to the switch/ignition and constant current supply. (Wiring harness adapter for radio and standard wiring) All fuses look good. Any suggestions?

works as intended, mind you.

Pioneer or aftermarket radio installation on my 99 Mazda Miata MX5. no Bose radio. I matched the color of the wires but I had 2 extra wires although I didn't need them because one was for the antenna to go out, my car doesn't have that so it's not needed. The other was for dimming the lights, which I didn't want either (solid blue and solid orange), then plugged in the radio and it worked fine.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Update Availability

Does not fit Miata LS 2000

My Miata comes with a stereo and cassette player. When I tried to connect this wiring harness to my Miata 2000, the purple and green wires did not match the Miata car wiring harness. I'm not 100% sure what those wires are for, but for now the other wires allow the Miata to have sound. I only paid $3.99 so can't complain but here I am haha! Edit: The connector for the cassette player is called CN200 and I can't find it anywhere :)

Pros
  • Car electronics
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Perfect fit for my 1990 MAzda B2600 "I " pickup truck

High quality. The kit resulted in one of, if not the, easiest radio installation I've ever done. I have about 10 installations behind me. Ranging from Ford Truck, Chevy Camaro, Honda Accord and Subaru Outback. And now this Mazda. Wires came out for "Power Antenna" and "Amp Turn on" that just wouldn't connect to anything in my truck. But that's my truck's fault, not the kit's. If you're using this on a Miat of the same year, I think they're being used.

Pros
  • Car audio and video system
Cons
  • Poor manual

It doesn't work without the cables I tried to buy.

When I'm looking for a Miata radio wiring harness I expect something to go into my radio because I don't have any wires. Not what is included in the cables. I re-read the description but it was already confusing for those in a hurry to get a wiring harness for the radio. After shipping to make it much faster I can't even return the item and get anything other than the worthless $4 I received. The inverted harness will do, but I can't even choose what to replace. Since I can't get what I need in

Pros
  • Radio Wiring Harnesses
