Unfortunately, we were sent two more, but we were able to contact support without any problems and received a return label. I resealed everything and received a full refund. I had to reorder, did not receive the same color, but in the end I was happy with the choice of the second color. Very warm and comfortable

The boot itself is quite pretty. However, the scope is too large. Even if you pull the boots together very tightly, they are still too big overall or my daughter's legs are too skinny.

This product is a joke. One day it was snowing and my daughter went to play snowballs. They don't close well with dirt plugs. Her feet were completely wet. Buy a more expensive pair of decent winter boots, it would be worth it.

These snowshoes kept my daughter's feet warm and dry in the last snow. I was very pleased. It has drawstrings so you can close the top to keep snow out. Her favourite color.

Soft and well made, easy on and off. I like that there is no separate inner lining that makes it difficult for children to put the boots on and off. They're not too bulky and do a good job of keeping feet warm and dry. Didn't realize they had a rope that needed to be tied, from the pictures it looks more like a bungee to me.
