Instructions for multiple models are not detailed enough

Instructions contain more warning text than start-up instructions. I had to figure out if my unit had electronic battery start (it did, but the instructions don't even mention that feature) and how to light the PILOT LIGHT rather than the heating element to start it manually. A light breeze blew the unit into the air while my other propane tank mounted units happily went live. I still have one of those Big Buddies, and they've always had (for many years until now) an underpowered but highly functional squirrel-cage blower built into the top of the unit. This slightly increases efficiency by directing excess heat forward. This fan is powered by batteries or AC adapter. Power supplies continue to show up as a recommended option for new heaters. The new heater I ordered actually has a…
