After breaking/spraining my ankle several times, this brace allowed me to walk again with little pain (too fast afterwards, I might not have been able to , the best results). Rehabilitation!). Prevents ankle twisting. My calves and ankles are very thin so it's difficult to tighten the ankle just enough to ensure talar stability. This brace is easier to lace up and I like that the part that goes around the sole of the foot doesn't hit the laces on the sole of the foot. Instead, it has an elastic mount, making it more comfortable than the old version.

This orthosis provides excellent support for my aching ankle. My ankle was bad for about three or four years after the injury. I couldn't even land a light punch without pain. I use this to do low impact exercises and not feel any pain during or after a workout. I haven't tried the high effect yet because I'm scared.
