Not wide enough to hang a men's suit

This hangar is well made, but not wide enough to hang a men's suit properly. I'm 42, so not a short guy, but not very tall either. Strange that a high-end hangar company doesn't make a great deal on men's suits? It's originally from Japan, so it's entirely possible, to be honest, that it's perfect for a Japanese person.
