Good basic 2 in 1 shorts. The balaclava is soft and comfortable - not real compression shorts. I bought the L based on the sizing charts which is much closer to the XL gear I have from the big brands so it runs a bit large. I can well imagine buying more.

The waist fit as expected, but the balaclava was not tight enough and did not support. I went for a run and my phone bounced off the liner within 3 blocks. Not to mention my trash was flying all over the place. I had to go home and change. Maybe for stationary work, but not for running unless your hips are logs.

I purchased this item specifically for the features of (1) 2-in-1 compression shorts and (2) phone pocket. The product is slightly larger than expected and the crotch is very long - more typical of basketball style than training or running. Simply fix the mobile phone case iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, the compression pants are not actually a compression pants material, but rather a lining - at work the mobile phone tends to flap.

I finally found a gym short that fits well and is not a Chinese size. I particularly like the liner, but what I love most is the bright orange accent on the ends of the laces. In the gym it draws attention to my reputation and some of the gymnasts see swinging these gems and then when they look at me I always smile and wink at them.

They are comfortable, stay in place and the inside pocket works well they are cheaper compared to another brand (Pinkbomb) but they are missing two features 1- a small zipped pocket which is handy to put the keys to the house/car while walking 2- a pre-made hole for running the headphone cord inside the phone.It doesn't matter that much as most of us now have BT headphones.Anyway if these shorts had a small zipped pocket I would rate…

These shorts have an internal compression lining. Some genius decided that most people want the lining of compression shorts to have stiff seams on the front and back of the crotch area on the inside of the short. You don't have to walk more than five steps to realize how uncomfortable it can get over a few miles or during a workout. The shorts also sit a little low on the bottom, but not in the front. After reading countless reviews of the lined shorts with phone pocket and not saying that the phone falls out, I decided to buy two pairs of Neleus 2 in 1 men's running shorts. I didn't think a phone pocket in the inner lining would be very useful. I wasn't sure I would like the cotton design either as I assumed it would get a lot heavier as you sweat. I was wrong on both counts. These are quality shorts and I plan to buy more (I have 4 so far). Shorts get heavier as you sweat.
