Today my old cartridge started to wear out (at about 90% usage) and I put in this new one. Almost 60 mails were waiting to be sent today and I was very frustrated when after installing a new cartridge I only got incompatibility errors on my counter. Lots of negative reviews should have alarmed me but I figured I was smarter. and dealt with lemons. These cartridges are junk as other buyers have confirmed. DO NOT buy this. I've been using them for 3 years. Passed about 5 of them. They take about 6 months for my office. Doesn't smudge or bleed. Would buy them again.

I use this cartridge for my Neopost machine at work. Ordering through Revain is much cheaper than buying directly through Neopost. It's a great cartridge when it works, but this is the second time in the last year that I've received a defective cartridge. This ink cartridge was packaged in a foil-type pouch. The contents of the bag were not visible. I opened the bag while standing in front of our post office counter as I wanted to install the ink immediately. However, the ink cartridge in the box seemed to leak for quite a while because when I opened the box, red ink splattered all over my arms, jacket, pants, shoes, desk, filing cabinets, printer and carpet! This seller sells defective goods. When I first opened the "foil" packaging, there was red ink everywhere. When I installed a new cartridge, I received a "cartridge not found" error message. I compared it to another cartridge (of the same model) and it was missing some of the hardware that plugs into the machine. No wonder it says "cartridge not found!" If the seller did something to fix this I wouldn't be so upset.

I've bought about a dozen of these over the last five years and have always been happy. The price is about half that of OEM cartridges, so you can't beat it. However, over the past year I have noticed that the quality of these materials has deteriorated. I keep getting "Cartridge not found" and "Ink low" errors even though I've just installed a new cartridge. I got fed up and ordered an OEM for about double the price and had no problems. You get what you pay for!

Terrible product. Thought I would be smart and order from Revain as it costs a small fortune to order from Neopost. However, I should have just spent a fortune. The ink leaves big gaps and no matter what I do it won't work properly. What a waste. I will never order again.

Cartridge does not print well. It leaves voids and jumps. Now I've decided to go and maybe leave a review for the seller, but I see a lot of negative reviews. I think I'll cut my losses, don't waste my time and buy a replacement from another seller.
