Relieves some pressure

I am buying these for a friend who has lost part of a leg - below the knee. Wearing an artificial leg sometimes rubs and bleeds. He says it's a huge improvement over the normal look.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Reliability

They don't stick to bandages and bandages

I just put one of these on a small wound on my elderly relative's lower leg and then helped her go to the bathroom. The bandage didn't hold when I helped her remove her pants. Then I put it on my hand. It just doesn't stick. I can take it off too easily. Garbage. Did I receive a faulty batch?

Don't scratch your skin without it :)

Sometimes you need a bigger band than usual. These are the best bandages for knees, elbows and any other area where you have skin lesions that require a bandage that stays in place while you shower or sleep. I sometimes joke with my wife that if we don't have these bandages, I refuse to get big scrapes or cuts. Bottom line: I highly recommend them and never want to end.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Useless features

Nice Fit for Feet - First Aid

I use this to cover the area of my heel that tends to heel. I have a large bump on the back of my heel that gets very red and swollen when I walk a lot which I like to do to stay in shape. This bandage has a nice big pad and sticks great even when I shower. I can usually wear it for two days - during use both the shower and the pad stay dry - great adhesion. There is also no sticky residue when removing the bandage, which is great.

Pros
  • Lasting Test Results
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Stays on but is easily removed

Used on big toe after nail removal. They are soft and protective, easy to put on and take off, and do not impede movement. The waterproof elbow and knee of the Nexcare Max Hold were too tight and painful to remove, too thin and restricted movement. I mean if you have a real wound the bandages should be easy to remove for cleaning. Unless you shower or swim I guess. There are six boxes of eight knee and elbow wraps, which is about half the price of Rite Aid.

Tear off the skin! glue injury.

I bought the same pack two years ago and thought these bandages were great. A few bandages in the first box of this new multipack and there's definitely a problem. Bandages tear the skin when removed, leaving rough skin that becomes red, irritated, itchy, and painful. This also happened to my husband and my daughter. The husband used it to dress post-op wounds and the nurse at a follow-up appointment thought it was an allergic reaction to latex. (He's never had a reaction to latex, and these…

Ideal for eye patches/wetting chambers

I use it daily as a sealed eye patch/humidity chamber. They're a bit small for this purpose, but both air and liquid tight. I can create a small air pocket to keep my eyelids from chafing and the pad allows for moisture to be added and retained in a clean way. To fix the size I had a strip of nexcare totally waterproof tape. This bandage is slightly stickier than duct tape. That's why they leave red marks/streaks when I take them off. Duct tape seems to make it a little smaller. One star is…

Far superior in every way

Nexcare pillow style headbands are without a doubt the best and it's nowhere near that all other brands seem pretty pathetic. No matter how you look at it (durability, versatility, protectability, pain relief, waterproofing, comfort, flexibility, value, etc.) they are on a completely different level than anything else. They even work on touchscreen devices, they're so much like a layer of artificial skin. Don't worry about missing butterfly bandages, Nexcare pillow bandages are extremely…
