Works as they say - blocks the light and deadens the sound!

Before buying I read many reviews about these curtains. I have previously purchased similar curtains from Bed, Bath & Beyond and was very disappointed when they didn't work so I was a little skeptical they would be any different. But I figured hundreds of 5 star reviews couldn't be wrong - and they aren't. They do exactly what they say - block the light completely and help deaden the sound. I live next to a busy highway and as soon as I hung it up it seemed like the highway was far away. Iโ€ฆ

Crunchy, well made and super effective!

I bought blackout curtains from Home Furnishings for the whole house except 3 windows.The store ran out so I bought the last 3 off Amazon.I paid $22 each for the first one which I have now that I have NiceTown blackout curtains are what I would call cheap. NiceTown curtains cost twice as much and were far superior in quality and blackout. That word? Hahaha. I loved my white NiceTown curtains so much I have them for every room in my house Bought my house. Don't double guess the price. They'reโ€ฆ

Why buy these curtains from Revain when I can get them at Walmart or Target today?

1- Yes you can get blackout curtains but Revain will ship them to you within 3 or 4 days. Mine arrived in 2 days. I didn't even have to leave the house! 2- IMO the ones I've seen at Walmart/Target weren't that thick. They had a black lining - but that's about it. 3 - Because they weren't that fat (to me) they didn't feel like they were doing anything special. ---- These curtains were worth the money spent. to buy. They are beautiful, heavy and made from excellent material - very durable. Whenโ€ฆ

high quality; Total Blackout

At first I bought regular Nicetown blackout curtains but they let in A LOT of light. I liked the color and the material but it wasn't what I was looking for. I checked these curtains again recently and they seem to have renamed them to clarify that they blackout the curtains by 50% which still seems a bit misleading. Maybe they could call them gray curtains or just curtains. However, after a few nights of poor sleep, I returned the 100% blackout curtains I ordered and they are amazing! Theโ€ฆ
