If you use hand saws get these

I enjoy working with wood with hand tools, so I often sharpen my blades and saws. This small triangular file is perfect for saws with fine teeth. Cuts well and is reasonably priced. However, you must make your own pen

Crap description best in finishing products

the file is well done, nothing wrong, but the description is wrong, even Amazon needs to start having more detailed product sizes. I would return this file because I have the exact same one but someone I know needed it so I was able to sell it to them.

Bad product! for hand files

This file was not enough to sharpen a 9 inch 14 tpi saw. It cuts great for the first few teeth but after a few inches I had to switch to a different plane than the same. By the time I got to the last tooth, this file had barely cut through on all three sides. It just slipped over the tooth. I do not recommend this file for sharpening saws.
