Nxtop Aluminum Radiator Radiator

Bought this radiator for non-traditional use. I heat the case with a peltier peltier element and use this heatsink to transfer the inside temperature of the case which is measured by sensors outside the case. I painted the surface of the heatsink with a special IR absorbing black (emissivity around 1) so that the sensors measure the temperature accurately. Other uses - computer components

I have no idea what it's really for. The top of my WiFi router was getting hot so I bought it by installing it on top of the unit. It's hardly getting warm now. Also, my router looks pretty intimidating.

Very well made and good quality. I used it for my LED lighting project. Installed a 100W COB LED chip with a 12V PC fan. Exactly what I expected. Very good heat distribution. Just remember to use thermal paste or something similar.

Heat and vibration are inevitable power losses. This radiator is used for heat dissipation. But sometimes thermal geometry lends itself to vibration. I bought this item for an experiment to disperse vibration from audio equipment and the result is good. Although some caution is required for this purpose.
