I hate this product passionately. It has sorbitol as its number one ingredient. Okay, it's my fault I didn't read that. I immediately threw away the toothpaste. I won't let my dog swallow that. My problem is that there are TONS of cotton-like fibers inside the brush that I had to constantly pull out. Finally I washed the brush and soaked it in hot water to see if that helped. I doubt. 7 year old dog likes this toothpaste. She doesn't really like brushing her teeth, but she definitely likes the taste of peanut butter. Have tried other flavors and brands but this is their favorite which makes it easier for both of us. I like the protrusions of the rubber band on the sides of the brush. Doggo had mild gingivitis at her last check-up and brushing her teeth this religious way seems to have stopped the progress and possibly reversed it a little, so we're both smiling now!
