The purchase brought only positive emotions.

Bought specifically for the trip. Struck, including the view, with the OMD-E5. There was no desire to exchange for versatility for 12-35. I believe that every owner of a micro 4/3 should have one. It won't go down in value when it's resold. ps sold for as much as bought and now I just realized, I use Panasonic, how fast it is! I miss Some pros: Sharp, somewhere around 2.5. The picture is better than that of 12-35 Panas, however, this is probably how it should be. Rate the manual focus…

Great for DJI Inspire 2 with X5S camera

I used this on the Inspire 2 drone with X5S camera. I like the larger field of view it gives you compared to the standard 15mm that comes with it.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Good workmanship and solid looks

Solid workmanship and good looks. Not bad. The lens needs some balancing for use with the DJI X5 camera - I used a 17mm ring and had to grind it down. Happy with the lens itself.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Not all fit

Like great jeans

I'm a little surprised I haven't reviewed this lens yet. This is my favorite lens. I use it extensively for videos and it's great. The lens is relatively small, making it easy to balance on my Ronin gimbal. It's fast, I have no problem opening this thing when needed. I definitely have no problems at f2.8 and below. The lens has excellent color saturation and sharpness. it really is almost perfect. So I've had this little guy for about 4 years now and during that time he's been on my main camera

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Owner Comparison: Olympus 12mm f/2.0 vs Panasonic 7-14mm f/4.0

Updated Review 11/10/2015: I am less satisfied with this lens than originally stated in the previous review. Of course the small size and f/2.0 is a plus compared to my Panasonic 7-14MM, but every time I use an Olympus I regret not having bought a Panasonic lens. The main reason is that the results just aren't that sharp. This may be because the Panasonic performs better with onboard image stabilization, or the Olympus has a much shallower depth of field at f/2.0, but few Olympus shots come out

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Communication with Seller

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

I have been looking for a lens for a long time, shooting on which I would get complete pleasure. Finally found! He's just great! Sharpness is excellent wide open. I shot in the evening, a building on the opposite bank of the Neva, when I came home and looked at the close-up picture, I clearly saw the windows in that very building, and this evening, and at such a distance, I was amazed. And the daytime pictures are great. The picture is more artistic, softer than the Panasonic that I used…

Pros
  • Sharp from 2.0, compact, high quality
Cons
  • No lens hood

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

This is a fairy tale. We bought a bushy one in the middle of 2020 and for 29600 we are absolutely satisfied with it. There is no chromatic, it focuses quickly, tracking is buzzing. Small and light. I like the quick change mode from auto to manual focusing. Well, actually, I don’t know what to write more. Everyone knows why he needs a wide lens and this lens gives a good picture, facilitating ISO on an already small matrix - a micro. P.S. a week ago I fell off the windowsill onto a hard…

Pros
  • The lens itself is a solid advantage
Cons
  • Glare catches decently.
