Ordered this for our 50 inch TV that we recently installed on our patio. We live in Arizona and the heat can be brutal. Our terrace is covered and doesn't get the sun, but we wanted to protect it as much as possible. So far, so good. We've only had it a few days, but it looks great. My only concern is that the lid doesn't have a backing to scratch the screen. I solve this problem by making a flannel cover and attaching it to the corners with elastic bands. I think this will help.

I specifically ordered this model because it was one of the few that said it was waterproof and weatherproof. Many other Revain cases say they're weatherproof, but the fine print doesn't guarantee water resistance. This description lists both, but when I received the case, the packaging said it was weatherproof with no mention of water resistance. Ordered for our outside TV which is mounted on a swivel bracket. It fits well and is easy to put on. However, some changes have been made to the assembly and cable connections. Although the back cover is quite large, it is in the middle of the bottom, which causes some problems when trying to close the cover over the hand.
