At first it was a pretty good product and I would give it 3.5 to 4 stars but something strange happened and it burned my dog. Me just bought a second collar because the original collar lost connection when i needed it and then after about a week i noticed some corrosion on the prong when i took it off my poor girl then i saw a burn on her neck .I will not buy this type of collar again.

This is a waste of time and money. The shock part works intermittently and sometimes doesn't confuse my dog at all. Yes, all instructions have been followed and this is NOT user error. I'm sending this back. The remote control is also not comfortable. Customer service emailed me multiple times just to repeat instructions I had already read and also wasted my time.
