Kudos to customer service. I recently ordered and received these e-collars (I never use a striker). The receivers pair easily with the transmitter and work as advertised. A receiver broke after 3 weeks. I have contacted customer service. They called me right away and sent a replacement. No hassles and the whole system is now working great. Very satisfied.

I am very upset and upset. Seems to be a good product but one of my collars stopped working after a few months. I have filed an annual warranty report and have not heard from the company. I submitted another replacement report and still nothing. I'm currently speaking to Revane to resolve this issue. There is no phone number anywhere to contact the company directly. It's very frustrating when they offer a one year warranty but don't answer my demand!

We have two Yorkies, one of them loves to jump over the fence and attack dogs three times his size 🤦🏽‍♀️ The other loves to bark at him and to annoy! These collars train them well! They are adjustable in size and will easily fit a dog under 10 pounds! We had to use the shock about 10 times to get their attention once or twice, otherwise the beep and vibration work really well! A remote control makes it easy to switch between 3 dogs. Charging lasts for about a week! Good product! I recommend!

This item's description states that it is covered by a limited lifetime replacement warranty. The documentation that came with the collar states that you must register for the ONE-YEAR replacement warranty. I go to the website and I think that the documents may be outdated and that the description was certainly correct and the website also says ONE YEAR warranty. Great price compared to PetSafe models. I love the fact that it works with up to three dogs and you have a choice of beep, vibration or shock. I've had them for about three months now. Update 11/21/2017: After wearing the collars for four months, the battery failed in one of them. Then, a few weeks later, another battery failed.
