Excellent Buffing Tool

This buffing tool is an excellent accessory for my power tools. It works perfectly for cotton polishing and gives a great shine to my wooden floors. The tool is easy to install and fits nicely in power tools. The drawback is that it's not suitable for metals. Nonetheless, this is one of the best power tool parts and accessories that I have invested in for my Tools and Home Improvement projects. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Efficient at polishing small surfaces such as jewelry
Cons
  • Difficult to use on larger surfaces due to the small size

Not for Dremel, poorly made.

Does not fit my Dremel 8220. Shaft too small. 3 out of 10 were poorly assembled resulting in the cotton ball spinning freely on the shaft. Two stars for the fact that the ones I put in my cordless drill worked perfectly.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons

Great little polishing pads that are best used in a Dremel drill bit.

I love these buffs! They hold up better than the "fluffier" ones and I polish a few pieces (10+) before I have to replace them. And I get a high quality shine! I was asked if this wheel would fit on a conventional power drill. I have a Black and Decker household drill. yes it fits So I compared the efficiency of a wheel on a conventional drill with a wheel on a Dremel, which has a much higher RPM. I polished the left side of the bracelet using a Dremel and Jeweler's Rouge for about 20 seconds…

Pros
  • Builds trust
Cons
  • Nothing here
