Excellent Sound Quality for Home Theaters

Based on our own experience, these speakers provide a clear and powerful surround sound experience. The slim design allows for easy placement and the sleek black finish compliments any home entertainment setup. The only potential downside is that they may not be the best option for extremely large rooms.

Great speaker for shroud mount use

First off, this speaker sounds great. The overall sound is very balanced. It can also deliver decent volume and bass for a 4-inch speaker. But the real reason I bought it is because it's one of the few speakers on the market that can be attached to a mantle mount TV wall mount. I don't want to use any of those fuax speakers with surround sound amplification. And I already had Polks speakers for the rest of my surround sound. The Best Center Speaker for Tight Spaces

I'm not a music lover, but I would say I have good hearing (several times in state and regional choirs, further at the university in the art choir). I have a good ear for naming people who speak cartoons (assuming I've seen them in other films), including ones that seem obscure to my wife.
