Like the appearance and the price. A good chair that can withstand the harsh AZ sun. I'm not sure how long the seat pass is valid for. Ideally I can order a replacement somewhere.

The chairs are really nice, but the build quality lets us down. 3 of the 4 chairs had the seat brackets bolted to the frame badly misaligned. After about an hour I was able to install three of the four screws, the fourth made the frame twist and the chair rock. Also, one of the pillows had a small hole. We have purchased Poly and Bark chairs in the past, 5 stars. We gave these new ones 3 stars and that's only because we really like their design and comfort.

Normally given the low price of these chairs I would be lenient with cheap construction. A high-quality replica of the Bertoia chair will set you back around $400, while a real one from Knoll will cost you $1,300. They look awful and cheap! Also, the whole experience was terrible. Initially there were no assembly instructions in the box and there was only ONE screw that fully unscrewed on the box. The top didn't fit the bottom and one side is uneven (chairs are uneven and look totally bent). The finish on the left looked completely different than the right.
