Never worked with my Surface Pro which doesn't have a USB-C connection. Does not light up when connected with the supplied HDMI cable and using the supplied power cord. I don't know if the touch works or how good the picture is.

One of the features added to this monitor is that it's touch sensitive, but I've found that's not the case. The ad is misleading, I ordered it believing it was a touchscreen, but there's nothing tricky about it.

works perfectly. I like the ability to connect to my phone and it essentially becomes a tablet. fantastic resolution and image quality. The only complaint is that the connection where the power plugs in is a bit loose and sometimes breaks when the cable is moved.

The description of this product is misleading. I'm looking for a touchscreen monitor that will work with my Macbook Air. After a lot of work, trying different configurations and contacting support, I found out that this monitor doesn't work with Mac. I wasted valuable time and didn't have the monitor I needed for the show. Huge waste of time and opportunity.

Nice second monitor but I only bought it to use as a touchscreen for my MacBook. Only to find upon plugging in that the touchscreen functionality does not work with a MacBook. I guess live and learn and I'm ashamed I didn't read enough reviews. I could learn from other people's reviews!

I wish this company was aware that touchscreen functionality does NOT currently work with MacBooks. They blame the Mac for the problem. The touchscreen works with a Dell laptop and it's a good monitor just disappointed that it's being sold as a full featured Mac. Don't buy if you want touchscreen functionality for your MacBook.

The screen works great. Easy setup, good color and brightness. But my story doesn't end here. I lost the cables that came with the screen. I tried to reproduce them at Best Buy but to no avail. I emailed the company asking to buy a replacement but they sent it to me on time and for free. Very friendly and responsive service. I will be using Innocn for all my extra screen needs!

Bought to use on the go for work, easy to use, good pictures, wish it had come with a holdall to make it easier/convenient to carry but it wasn't part of the packaging so can't argue with that only recommend if you buy a ready to wear way. Overall I am very satisfied with this monitor and can recommend it.

I really like this monitor. Works great with a single USB-C (Thunderbolt 3/4) cable and has intelligent power management to handle lower voltages when operating in this single cable configuration. With this configuration you are limited in brightness and volume, which was very useful for my needs. This monitor served its purpose but was too bulky for my liking. I wanted something more compact for working in a coffee shop and traveling. It was too much hassle for the trip.

I followed the quick start guide exactly, then got a different cable and swapped them end to end. I even tried a laptop USB-C cable. Nada. It is not powered by a laptop. You must use both cords, so an extra outlet. Seems awkward. It has a glass panel, high quality weight and appearance. If it worked. My first and last Innocn product.
